Hello everyone,
First of all, to all of our Automatebnb users and well wishers: we want to THANK YOU for your support and feedback!
It all started when we, as first-time hosts, forgot to inform our cleaner that led to guests walking into an un-clean place. Being engineers ourselves, we built a solution for ourselves, which is now used by 100s of hosts and property managers. Our intention was not to "build a business" but to truly build something that takes the stress away from hosting and so we kept building it as a hobby project.
It's not a good-bye
We are now embarking on a new (yet ambitious) journey to extend Automatebnb to new heights. Our belief, however remains the same: hosting should not be stressful.
Certainly not in the era where technology is advancing at a lighting speed, yet hospitality operations remain manual, clunky, and fragmented.
And the timing could not be more exciting as AI is enabling us to bring ideas that once seemed like a magical dream, into reality. So this is certainly not a good-bye. Actually, quite the opposite. We are going big!
As a team of product designers and engineers who are hosts ourselves, this era feels like being a kid at a candy store with no restrictions.

And that is exactly what we have been doing in the last few months (well, not literally eating candies): building our brand new prototype, powered by AI.
